Vageeswarar Banana Farmers Producer Company Limited was incorporated on 25th September 2018 in Kalakad, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. Registered under the Companies Act, 2013 as a Farmer Producer Company (FPC), it is a farmer-owned and farmer-managed institution dedicated to improving the income and livelihood of banana growers through collective strength and sustainable practices.

The company operates with an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹10 lakh and is governed by a board of directors elected from the local farmer community.
