TASTING NOTES: This new taste creation is 'a podi with a twist'. It has a grainy texture, a balanced spicy taste with a mild nutty flavor of roasted Hemp Hearts (strong flavor of Hemp subdued by Kaffir LIme). Similar to Original Recipe, with additional health benefits. Very healthy, nutritious and tastes awesome on finished food - sprinkle away!!!

Just open and transfer (now loose) podi to outer pack (food grade, triple lined) or a spice shaker bottle (not supplied) for your dining table..Transfer contents to an air tight container after opening and store in fridge to extend shelf life to over a year.... Store extra packs in freezer till ready to use.
