Punjab State Farmers’ & Farm Workers’ Commission (Kalkat Bhawan)

The Punjab State Farmers’ & Farm Workers’ Commission (PSFC), headquartered at Kalkat Bhawan, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, is an autonomous body established by the Government of Punjab with the objective of promoting the sustainable growth of agriculture and improving the socio-economic well-being of farmers and farm workers across the state.

Punjab has long been recognized as one of India's leading agricultural states, making significant contributions to the nation's food security. As agriculture continues to evolve with changing climatic conditions, market dynamics, natural resource constraints, and technological advancements, the Commission plays a vital role in developing forward-looking policies and practical solutions that support the farming community.
